Enjoy a relaxed cooking experiences where we explore ingredients together in small groups, build fires, experiment with flavours, make sauces, use what we have and enjoy the earth’s gifts.
Come on an extraordinary hike, we trek uphill to the best views of your life and discover some of the history of this land. We circle back to see the view behind us, never feeling like we have walked the same path. You need good walking shoes and some stamina for this one, and a good camera.

It is pretty casual around here, but we do acknowledge the cycles of the seasons, the moon, the direction of the wind and we always seek permission from the land before we walk.
